The recent Forest Service trail management regulations are out of our control. Wolfpen ATV Campground is not responsible for the decisions made by the Forest Service including the closing of the Wolf Pen Gap trails during inclement weather. Our goal is to provide you with a great place to stay, but the recreation surrounding your stay is up to you. Refunds will not be issued if you are unable to ride the Wolf Pen Gap trail system. With that in mind, there are other places for you to ride. See the campground manager for details.
The following represent the most common questions we are asked regarding a reservation. If your question isn’t answered here, please don’t hesitate to call us at 479-394-0404 Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, or email us at contactus@wolfpenatv.com.

Secured Reservations: Upon booking your reservation, we will need a valid credit card number in order to hold the reservation. The first nights rental is required as a reservation deposit. All deposits are non-refundable,no exceptions. Should you need to change your dates, you can reschedule your reservation any time without penalty, as long as the change is processed at least 7 days prior to arrival on RV sites, 14 days prior to arrival on A-Frames or 20 days prior to arrival on cottages. If the reservation is cancelled within those dates ,we will hold your deposit for the current year for you to apply to any future booking. If the cancellation is less than the time frame policy listed above, the deposit is forfeited and your card will be charged for the remainder of the full scheduled reservation. There are no refunds for early checkouts.
If you prefer not to use a credit card to secure a reservation, a personal or business check or money order for full payment may be sent to us. Please note that the reservation will be released if the check is not received along with a signature on your confirmation letter.

Mack?s creek runs in front of the campground. Some of the sites are next to, or just a short walking distance to the creek.
Are there nearby grocery stores and restaurants?
We sell a OHV fuel, camp type grocery items, ice and souvenirs in our office store. The Mena area has a Wal-Mart Super Center and James? Grocery Store (which also has a floral department.
Hint: Guys, there?s never a BAD time to buy your wife some roses! We have a good selection of restaurants from fast food to steak houses, Mexican food and seafood. For Italian food lovers, Spinellis should not to be missed!
Where is the closest place to get fuel?
We sell OHV fuel for your ATV or dirt bike, but the closest place to get fuel for your automobile is in Mena, 12 miles from the campground.
Are there alcohol beverage stores nearby?
Mena/Polk County is a dry county. Log Cabin Liquor is approximately 50 miles from the campground, and is the closest available Arkansas alcohol sales. We allow alcoholic beverages inside the campground at your campsite. Drinking is not allowed on the trails. Again, this is a very serious fine if you are caught. This can also result in your ATV being confiscated.

All sites come with a standard charcoal grill. You will need to bring charcoal and lighter fluid. If you don?t want to pack those along, they are available for purchase in our store.
What?s the difference between the Cottages, A-Frame Camping Cabins, and A-Frame Camping Cabin kitchenettes?
The cottages each have a unique decor, with all the amenities of home. Each has a kitchen that includes a cook top, dorm size refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and dishes. The living area has a futon couch (which makes into a full size bed), chair, and satellite TV with VCR. Full bath (shower, no tub) stocked with towels and toiletries. Two bedrooms with full size beds. Electric heat/air. Each cottage has an inviting front porch, and a picnic table and barbecue grill for special family time. See a full description on our accommodations page.
Our 10 A-frame camping cabins offer a rustic camping experience for those who don?t mind roughing it just a little, as well as save some money. All cabins have electricity and air conditioning. Three of these cabins (6,7,8) have kitchenettes with a stove, cold running water, dorm refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. You will need to bring your own bedding (sheets, blankets, towels, etc.) There is fresh water just outside, along with a picnic table, barbecue grill and fire ring for special family time. These cabins do not have restrooms. There are 2 bath houses with hot showers and 3 restrooms to accommodate our tent, RV and camping cabin customers. See a full description on our accommodations page.
Are Pets Allowed?
No Pets are allowed in the Cottages. Pets are allowed in the cabins and campsites, but you must clean up after them and they must be kept on a leash. Please keep in mind that there are wild animals that won?t bother you (i.e. skunks, foxes, bears (rarely), snakes, etc) but may ?bother? your pet. Also, a few of our guests have lost their pets because they were loose in unfamiliar territory. We know pets are special to you, so carefully consider boarding it rather than bringing it here, even if it?s the indoor kind.
Is smoking allowed?
NO SMOKING IN THE COTTAGES. If you smoke in the cottages your credit card will be charged for the expensive deodorizing and cleaning of the cottages. If you smoke, please smoke only on the front porch or on the grounds of the camp.
Other information

Campground Safety
Please observe ?No Burn Bans? when posted. We have a beautiful area; please help us keep it that way.
Children are ABSOLUTELY not allowed to drive ATV?s on campground property.
Please limit riding in the camp to the bath houses and the store. ?Hot-dogging? on campground property will not be allowed, and will result in you being asked to leave the campground WITH NO REFUND! If you don?t know what ?Hot-dogging? means on a 4-wheeler, then you probably don?t do it.
